1. Travel

If you haven’t booked your travel yet, we advise you to do it as soon as possible.
Please send us your time of arrival and departure and your flight/train/bus details at info@ripess.eu .

Ripess Europe will pay for all meals and local transportation (excluding taxis) for the members participating in the General Assembly.

For travel, we have a solidarity fund for members who need it – so a part can be reimbursed upon request for 1 representative, depending on the distance (in proportion, in order to mutualise the expenses among participants) and the available budget.  Please send us your estimated cost of the trip to: info@ripess.eu

2. Accomodation

For accommodation, each member has to pay their own (with the exception of the Coordination committee members, 1 per organisation, in shared rooms).  If someone needs support, we can see if we can help out from the available budget.
Here is a list of options you may consider.  We encourage sharing a 2-3 bedroom with others.

Mariusz Maslosz ( ess@fairtrade.org.pl ) is the person dedicated to logistics for this event.  Do not hesitate to reach him if you need help with your booking. The earlier you book, the better – so please consider doing it as soon as possible.
