And here we go for the second seminar of the RedPES-RIPESS Workshop Series on Solidarity Economy! This seminar will happen on February 23th, 19h (CET time) – “Social currencies in rural areas: contributions towards community autonomy”. It will have José Luiz Fernández-Pacheco (University of Extremadura /Social Currency Institute) and Sandra Silvestre (Casa da Esquina / GAF) as speakers and is focused on complementary currencies in Spain and Portugal from a solidarity economy perspective. The idea is to share with our RIPESS’ mates from other countries the Spanish and Portuguese cases.
