The initiative is the result of a process of reflection of the groups and entities that will promote the Forum for Ecosocial Transformation that took place in February 2023. With 5 major objectives, it aims to become a platform for debate and advocacy to promote fair, democratic and ecofeminist environmental change.
For this, we have planned 5 major themes:
1. Be a voice in the public debate on ecosocial change, influence politically and generate an attractive report on change.
2. Develop a shared political program based on the manifesto and the 17 thematic blocks presented to the Forum, and unite social movements with a common vision of the ecosocial transition.
3. Promote processes of ecosocial change at the local level, through the creation of Local Assemblies for Ecosocial Change.
4. Promote effective coordination among all regions of resistance to coordinate key dates and mobilizations and avoid duplication.
5. Monitor and collect the list of actions derived from the 5 work themes of the Forum and the member organizations and entities of the Assembly.
