It compiled 32 stories from 19 countries in an <a href=\"http:\/\/transformativecities.org\/atlas-of-utopias\/\">Atlas of Utopias<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In this final phase of the Transformative Cities Initiative 2018, the public will be given the opportunity to vote for 3 initiatives of the 9 nominees that they find the most inspiring, and the one that inspires them to act in their own community. The <strong>vote will be open until the 5th of June<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This is an exercise of\u00a0<i>C<\/i><i>oopetition<\/i>, meaning that it seek cooperation but with an element of competition to encourage public interaction and engagement that we hope will amplify transformative practices. We hope it will pay off in reaching people who otherwise would not learn about these experiences, and who might now feel compelled to get organized, and act.
