In this project the focus was more specific, and it was adjusted to COVID-19 crises and needed skills in this period. HATI-SOS project focused on supporting SSE with the development of alternative educational approaches in four CEE countries (Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary).<\/p>\n<p>Based on the experiences of previous work, we discovered that there was a strong need to acquire better skills in \u201cSoft Skills\u201d \u2013 interpersonal skills \u2013 that is, methods and techniques related to the non-violent communication, the participatory decision-making, the facilitation and moderation of debates, as well as the organization of large-scale public events, with a specific emphasis on democratic and inclusive methodologies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration of the project:<\/strong> November 2021 &#8211;
