{"id":3374,"date":"2017-11-24T11:47:27","date_gmt":"2017-11-24T09:47:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ripess.eu\/?page_id=3374"},"modified":"2017-12-05T12:33:42","modified_gmt":"2017-12-05T10:33:42","slug":"webinar-public-policies-the-stakes-of-the-social-solidarity-economy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ripess.eu\/en\/webinar-public-policies-the-stakes-of-the-social-solidarity-economy\/","title":{"rendered":"Webinar: Public policies"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Webinar:\u00a0Public policies &#8211; the stakes of the social solidarity economy<\/h3>\n<p>RIPESS Europe and its members are actively investing in the co-construction of public policies at a national and European level, pursuing an objective of general interest and the development of the Social Solidarity Economy (SSE).<\/p>\n<p>Given the diversity of public policy frameworks in the territories and the different levels of consideration of the SSE in relation to the national framework, we propose a working session, at a distance, on the theme \u201cPolicies public: the stakes of the social and solidarity economy\u201d. The objective is to facilitate our joint work, to share analyses, concepts and a common vocabulary.<\/p>\n<p>The webinar is organized around theoretical contributions and practical experiences, exchanges and testimonies between participants, in order to improve the participants\u2019 knowledge and to forge common references on public policy issues.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>SPEAKERS<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/europe.ripess.rio20.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2017\/11\/Carlos-Askunze.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3375 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/europe.ripess.rio20.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2017\/11\/Carlos-Askunze-90x90.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"90\" height=\"90\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ripess.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2017\/11\/Carlos-Askunze-90x90.jpg 90w, https:\/\/ripess.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2017\/11\/Carlos-Askunze.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 90px) 100vw, 90px\" \/><\/a>Carlos Askunze Elizaga<\/strong> works as coordinator of REAS Euskadi (alternative economy and solidarity network in the Basque country) since 2005 and is a member of the Executive Coordination of REAS-RdR, the Spanish Network of networks of alternative economics. Previously, he worked for 10 years in the area of public awareness of Hegoa (Institute for studies on development and international cooperation). Carlos participates in cooperative and associative structures such as Fiare Banca Etica. An active member of various social movements, especially\u00a0 in the neighbourhood of San Francisco de Bilbao, where he lives.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/europe.ripess.rio20.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/05\/Patricia-Coler.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3152 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/europe.ripess.rio20.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/05\/Patricia-Coler-90x90.jpg\" alt=\"Patricia Coler\" width=\"90\" height=\"90\" \/><\/a>Patricia COLER<\/strong>\u00a0is the General Delegate of UFISC\u00a0<strong>(Union F\u00e9d\u00e9rale d\u2019Intervention des Structures Culturelles)\u00a0<\/strong>and President of the MES \u2013 Mouvement de l\u2019Economie Solidaire, France. She is part of the RIPESS Europe Coordination Committee.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/europe.ripess.rio20.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/05\/bruno_lasnier.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3150 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/europe.ripess.rio20.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/05\/bruno_lasnier-90x90.jpg\" alt=\"Bruno Lasnier (Le MES)\" width=\"90\" height=\"90\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ripess.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/05\/bruno_lasnier-90x90.jpg 90w, https:\/\/ripess.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/05\/bruno_lasnier-288x290.jpg 288w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 90px) 100vw, 90px\" \/><\/a>Bruno Lasnier <\/strong>is the National Coordinator of the MES (Mouvement pour l&#8217;\u00e9conomie solidaire), the French Solidarity Economy network, which he represents in the ESS France board.\u00a0 He has been previously director of APEAS (Agence Proven\u00e7ale pour une Economie Altenative et Solidaire) and has worked for many years in\u00a0M\u00e9decins sans fronti\u00e8res,<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/europe.ripess.rio20.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/05\/FOT549.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-2075 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/europe.ripess.rio20.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/05\/FOT549-90x90.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"90\" height=\"90\" \/><\/a>Laura Aufrere\u00a0<\/strong>is elected as expert in the Coordination Committee.\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">Laura studied political sciences and worked for 10 years in the cultural field, including five years as a coordinator for the\u00a0French confederation gathering performing\/visual arts\u00a0 SSE initiatives (UFISC).
