4CareWorkEnvironment<\/strong> wants to question and rethink our worklife to put care and feminism at the center of our activity. We need a true gender perspective to build a fair Social and Solidarity Economy. The project will flow through : a first meeting of exp<\/a>erts in Porto (Portugal)<\/a>, 2 webinars<\/a> and 2 non-mixed care workshops (for women and non-binary identities). A protocol agains t sexist aggressions and a gender balance tool will also be created.<\/p>\n

We think it’s urgent to reconvert our workspaces and to turn them into true feminist places where care is put at the center and the needs of people are prioritized.<\/p>\n

This is a project in partnership with REDPES<\/a>, the Portuguese network of Social and Solidarity Economy and funded by FundAction<\/a>.<\/p>\n
