Social Economy Berlin is a platform for the Social Economy in Berlin providing support and advice for Social Economy entities and local authorities.
Description of the workshop:
In Summer 2020, the new regional project ‘Social Economy Berlin’ started in order to develop a common ecosystem for Social Entrepreneurs and the Social and Solidarity Economy in Berlin. Social Economy Berlin (SEB) is a project executed by Social Entrepreneurship Netzwerk Berlin (SEND) and Technologie-Netzwerk Berlin e.V. (TechNet).
In our workshop we want to share our good practice examples around building a support structure for founders or working with relevant institutions and local authorities as an intermediary between our Social Economy Community and the public sector, such as the Berlin Senate Department for Economic Affairs, the regional business development bank (IBB) or the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Berlin (IHK).
