The Eramsus+ project HATI-SOS continued the work of the previous and succesful BuSSE project. In this project the focus was more specific, and it was adjusted to COVID-19 crises and needed skills in this period. HATI-SOS project focused on supporting SSE with the development of alternative educational approaches in four CEE countries (Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary).
Based on the experiences of previous work, we discovered that there was a strong need to acquire better skills in “Soft Skills” – interpersonal skills – that is, methods and techniques related to the non-violent communication, the participatory decision-making, the facilitation and moderation of debates, as well as the organization of large-scale public events, with a specific emphasis on democratic and inclusive methodologies.
