All Day

Dear members,
We are glad to invite you to RIPESS Europe next General Assembly meeting on September 18th 2020!
The General Assembly was initially supposed to take place in Wroklaw, Poland.  After discussing with our Polish member about the possibility of actually being able to host it, due to the Covid-19 situation and its complications for travelling and security, we agreed that it would be better to organise our statutory General Assembly online. The meeting will be concentrated in one whole day, structured in different sessions from 9.00am in the morning to 5.30pm in the afternoon. All the documentation will be sent to you soon, we are currently finalizing and translating it.

9.00am to 12.30am  – MORNING SESSION  (3h30m) with a 30 min break  Association’s statutory assembly and institutional discussions (activity reports, financial reports, strategic orientations, new members proposals, election of the new Coordination Committee)

5.00pm to 5.30pm – CLOSING SESSION (30min)Final remarks and conclusion of the GA PREPARATIONBecause of the concentrated nature of this GA and to allow members to effectively participate and contribute, we will organise some online meetings in September before the General Assembly, on different topics (such as the International Manifesto for Solidarity Economy with Jean-Louis Laville and MES France, the Transformative Economies pact and agenda (to contribute in the WSFTE).  And most importantly, on Tuesday 8th of September, a meeting to discuss the RIPESS Europe Strategic orientations document together, for which you will receive both the last draft and a few questions to start the discussion.
