CALL FOR PAPERS

Entering a new era for cooperativism ?

With this joint call for papers, ZfGG and ZGuG (the newly launched Journal of Social Economy and Common Welfare) invite you to submit articles to either one of the two journals on this special topic.

The cooperative economy enjoys a remarkable upturn due to to the massive economic crises in the 21st century in the academic reception as well as the practical, real-world implementation.
Thereof, particular emphasis is paid again on cooperativism and its principles, values and sustainable management. In many regions worldwide, new cooperative social movements emerged and even lead to the a arising movement called  ́new cooperativism`. Even in Central Europe such cooperative preception and community-driven development are enforced by local groups as a possible solution for heterogenious economic, social, and ecological crises. New forms of ownership emerge to establish ethical-based, social, inclusive, horizontal, democratic, and
participation-oriented businesses to achieve a fairer distribution of social welfare.

ZfGG and ZGuG take up this current cooperative development and invite you to participate in a joint call for papers and enrich this issue from your academic perspective.

Please submit the paper only in one of the two journals. The editorial team will adress you in case of overlappings. We accept German and English papers.
