DESCRIPTION:The Final Summit of the OECD Global Action for Promoting Social and Solidarity Ecosystems will be hosted in person at the OECD Headquarters in Paris and online on 20-21 March 2023. \nThe Summit\, supported by the European Union\, will bring together policy makers\, practitioners\, and experts to focus on the transformative power of the social and solidarity economy to improve economic outcomes\, through innovative business models that build social cohesion and resilience in times of crises and transitions. Participants will have the opportunity to: \n\nGain exclusive insights from thought leaders\, the OECD and other important local\, national and international actors on the social economy.\nParticipate in a dialogue on shaping the policy agenda to further support the development of the Social and Solidarity Economy.\nDiscuss the role of the social economy in addressing the challenges of the present to shape a more sustainable and inclusive future\, including for the circular economy and the gig economy.\n\nThe Summit is an important milestone of OECD’s Global Action\, which brings together over 150 partners from the 33 target countries (European Union countries\, Brazil\, Canada\, India\, Mexico\, Korea\, and the United States) and beyond. \nhttps://www.oecd-events.org/cfe-leed-social-economy-oecd-global-action \n  \nWe look forward to seeing you in Paris.
